Q: How long does shipping take?

A: 2-3 business days for items that are in stock.

5-10 business days on items that are not in stock.

10-15 business days on hairs that need to be bleached and/or dyed.

Q: How do I order items that are not in stock or items that you don't have?

A: Click on the Facebook icon. That takes you directly to the business page. There you can message us directly.

Or click on the contact link. In the section provided, describe the specifications of the item you want or something you may want to see in the store that we don't provide. The message goes straight to our business email address and we will respond within 24hrs.

Q: Can the hair be washed?

A: Yes. The hair can be washed, bleached, dyed, flat ironed, etc.

Q: How long does the hair last?

A: Depending on the grade of hair and with proper care, the hair should last 9-24 months.

Q: What if I damage the hair by putting too much heat or chemicals on it?

A: There are many shampoos and conditioners that's specifically for damaged weave. Using such products could bring your hair back to its original state or even better.
